76 Let your steadfast love become my comfort according to your promise to your servant.
77 Let your mercy come to me, that I may live;
78 as for me, I will meditate on your precepts. – Psalm 119:73-80

Creation is such a miracle – from the beauty in a rainbow to the smallest pebble in a running brook; from tiny grains of sand to an enormous elephant thundering across the plain. And in the midst of “all things beautiful, all things great and small,” you created me.
You look out for me.
You comfort me.
You give me understanding so that I may learn and live your
commandments every day.
In you, I trust.
In you, I have faith.
In you, I strive to live a life of service to you and others.

Merciful God, hold me in the palm of your hand as I struggle to be the person you want me to be. Amen.
